NO HAY EXPLICACIÓN PARA ESTE PROBLEMA.MULTA PUESTA HOY POR EL TJUE DE 24 MILLONES DE EUROS ACUMULADOS MÁS 134.000 EUROS DIARIOS MIENTRAS NO SE RESUELVA EL PROBLEMA,NATURALMENTE LA PAGAMOS LOS CIUDADANOS POR LA INCOMPETENCIA DEL PP Y LOS POLÍTICOS.

“Habrá multa sí o sí. A lo único que puede aspirar el Gobierno de España es a minimizar el impacto de la sanción, cuyas cuantías son provisionales a la espera de la sentencia definitiva del Tribunal de Justicia de la UE”. Así de contundente se ha mostrado en declaraciones a los medios una alta fuente de la Comisión, que parece haberse dado por vencida ante la secuencia de despropósitos políticos que se están produciendo en España desde hace años en lo relativo al espinoso contencioso de los estibadores.
Después del varapalo sufrido por el Gobierno en el Congreso, ha vuelto a hablar Bruselas. No hay real decreto. No hay reforma para liberalizar la estiba. España, por lo tanto, sigue incumpliendo la legislación comunitaria.
Según argumenta Bruselas, depende de ellos ya que la Comisión lo único que puede hacer es advertirles de las consecuencias. Aquí no se trata de saber si habrá multa o no, sino de cuánto será la multa.
